Hustle Empire is owned, operated and developed by Gigameets Global Limited. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Gigameets Global Limited, and “the game” means the Hustle Empire website and the game it serves.

Contact about anything in this agreement is the support address in section 8. The company’s registered number, registered office and the governing law and jurisdiction that apply to this agreement must be added here before these terms are relied on publicly.

You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are younger, you may only play the guest experience with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and you may not create an account.

You are responsible for the device and connection you play on, and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.

A guest profile is temporary and lives only in this browser. Creating an account moves that guest progress onto the account. One person, one account; creating accounts to farm advantages, evade a suspension or manipulate the player market is not allowed.

You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from the account page. Deleting an account is permanent: it removes the businesses, stock, cash, ledger history and listings attached to it.

Cash, stock, businesses and skills in the game are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred outside the game except through the in-game player market. We may adjust game balance, prices, demand or content to keep the economy healthy.

If the service closes, virtual items are lost. We will give reasonable notice on this site before a closure, and will keep the data export function available during that notice period.

Play fairly. The community rules set out what is not allowed, including cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, impersonation and trading accounts or virtual goods for real money. We may suspend or close an account that breaks those rules, and may remove content that does.

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or access data that is not yours. Automated access to the game API outside the published client is not permitted.

The game is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and maintenance or incidents may interrupt play. We may change or discontinue features; where a change would remove something you paid nothing for, virtual or otherwise, we will say so in the release notes.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the game before they take effect, and the effective date at the top of this page will change.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The governing law and jurisdiction for disputes must be confirmed with counsel before launch; this paragraph is intentionally unfinished rather than silently wrong.
